Enhance customer satisfaction through the application of rules and procedures defined by Management, including continuous improvement of the system itself and adherence to the aforementioned requirements.

The Quality Policy is periodically verified during management review for its adequacy, in light of any changes in circumstances and knowledge.
Quality objectives are defined annually during Zupit's Management Review and communicated to all levels of the company.
